The BPB Log Home Package

As part of your BPB Log Home package, you will receive a construction video, assembly prints for the log wall system, roof, porch, and loft framing.

Your BPB Log Home can be erected by the do-it-yourselfer with some carpentry experience or a professional contractor.

Features of all BPB Log Homes

1. Log Wall Systems -- All Borate Pressure Treated Logs are pre-cut to length, pre-drilled for lag screws, and numbered for identification. Also included are log wall rods with springs, installation hardware, 12" lag screws, saturated foam gasket, and log caulk.
2. Window and Door Framing System -- Pre-cut 2" jams, with sills and headers.
3. Loft Framing System -- Pre-cut 4 X 8 joists, 6 X 12 girder beams, and 6 X 6 support posts with adjusters. Also included is the black metal hardware required for installation.
4. Roof Framing System -- Pre-cut 4 X 8 rafters, ridge beams, support posts, and 2 X 6 rafter collar ties.
5. Dormer Framing System (as required) -- Pre-cut 4 X 8 rafters, sills, headers, and support posts.
6. Porch Framing System (Pressure Treated) -- Pre-cut 4 X 8 rafters, sills, sill returns, headers, 6 X 6 foundation and support posts, 2 X 8 joist and 5/4 radius edge decking.
7. Trim Lumber (Borate Pressure Treated) -- Surfaced trim lumber is included for fascia, interior base log, window and door openings, board and batten log siding for exterior gable ends, and wind stop.
8. Log Siding -- For covering of your sub floor, band boards, dormers, and gable ends.
